I know nothing about the treatment itself. But you cannot get in contact with any staff over the phone. I've called 5 times and it rings 3-4 times and says the person on that extension cannot answer me now. I just want to know if my brother is doing okay.
So thankful for their support.
Great staff and a great bunch of guys
The nurse that I spoke with was very disrespectful. I was disgusted by the attitude that was given to me from the start. 1 sentence in and it was straight attitude. I then was told "I can't help you right now" and hung up on. Absolutely disgusting.
