Had no problems. I was there day and night and have no problems with the way my mom and all patients were treated. They were there for me mentally and explained anything I didn't understand. Very happy with there staff.
Never had a an issue with them til now i am/was an employee that had been with them for so many years my family has had services with them as well for. A long time. Had an issue with my clock ins. They said i never called in my #s they called me irresponsible. Worst ever. Let my Papa just sit to die in a chair when legs should be up. Head of place verbally abused my elderly mother after she complained his staff was ignoring my Papa.
