I booked a new patient appt online for my disabled daughter at 3:30pm then my other daughter 4:30pm which works with our schedule!! I got a call the next day & the rude woman on the phone was very bitchy & non professional rudely telling me that I had to reschedule telling me I needed an hour appt time booked which it is a hour apart for the appointments I said, but she rudely said someone else was booked in between and she couldn't even find an appt that week that worked the new times didn't work for us and we're booked fur... read more
Our insurance changed to this place. You can bet I will be calling Ins company. My disabled son had an apt at 1;30pm at 2:30 in room 3pm Dr. Came in. No apologies.
This is where I finally found a PCP. The people who work there are friendly and the doctor is awesome
Dr Freedman is great and so is his staff.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place does not care for their patient's health. I spoke to Joy who said it's all the Doctor's doing. So I recommend this company find a new doctor who cares about his patients and a new third party scheduling company.
