The office staff is bay far the worst. I have been EXTREMELY patient and after calling and leaving 4 messages and still havent received a call back. There is absolutely no reason i havent received a call back. I even spoke to Dr. Finkleas assistant and said she would call me back last Tuesday July 22nd. And also spoke to the scheduler as well and said she would send a message. Especially in my circumstances I should of received a call back IMMEDIATELY after I got my ultrasound. Dr. Finklea is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to you, he explains things so well and he is so knowledgeable and it is very reassuring to have a doctor who knows what he’s doings and cares about his patients. When he goes in the room with you, he does not just rush in and rush out, he will sit and listen and explain things to you. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an OBGYN- he is awesome
I want to thank Dr. Finklea who saved my life and my baby's life after a uterin tear. He even saved my uterus so I can still have kids. Had it not been for Dr. Finklea and his amazing surgical team, along with the care I received at the hospital, I may not be here today writing this.
I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and the staff is so freindly and accomodating!
Dr finklea himself is amazing. The staff and front desk is the most rude and disrespectful people I’ve ever met rapidly dealing with pregnant vulnerable women. I have reported a few of them for unprofessional behavior but my god his team needs a change or else I’ll be looking else where for care. I’d rather drive to Havasu then deal with those miserable ladies.
