Dr. Finklea is an amazing Dr. Had several times where I had gotten test done and it took 2 weeks at times to get a response. The office staff seems to drop the ball quiet frequently. Everytime I would call they said a message was sent over. But nothing was ever sent to Dr. Finklea. Hopefully this gets fixed as some diagnosis is urgent and should be reviewed and messages should be sent to the Dr when someone calls.
Dr Finklea has been a wonderful Dr. He is a busy guy being one of the only OBs in our area but he takes the time to answer our questions and explain things to us. The office staff is very nice and we have never had an issue. They can be a little hard to get a hold of some times for general questions because they are so busy but they always get back to us within the day if we have to leave a message. When we have another child this is where we are going
The office staff is bay far the worst. I have been EXTREMELY patient and after calling and leaving 4 messages and still havent received a call back. There is absolutely no reason i havent received a call back. I even spoke to Dr. Finkleas assistant and said she would call me back last Tuesday July 22nd. And also spoke to the scheduler as well and said she would send a message. Especially in my circumstances I should of received a call back IMMEDIATELY after I got my ultrasound. This is completely uncalled for and ridiculous!... read more
I went for my ultrasound a week ago, I was informed by Dr Finklea that I was going to need to do some blood work to check my hgc levels. I went for my blood work right after my appointment and I would have to do more blood work 48 hours later. I went in the early morning on Wednesday for my blood work. Got the results off of my account from the hospital. I was calling Dr. Finkleas office pretty much all day to get answers since I was losing my baby it was very important that I speak with someone.
