These apartments really SUCK! I lived there for about 10 months the place was not fit to live in! All I did was spray pesticides for cockroaches and bleached the whole apartment for 10 months that I lived there. The oven didn't work right I asked the landlord for a new stove and he called me a weasel! There are no smoke detectors no carbon monoxide detectors no fire extinguishers a garden hose in the hallway no fire escape there's an extension ladder for a fire escape out the back door no hand rail for the stairway.
