I’ve been there a couple of times to get emergency refills on medication when I’ve been here for extended periods away from my home state and they got me in and out of there pretty quickly. The admission staff and the triage nurses and doctors have always been very helpful and friendly with me. I understand that it’s frustrating to have to wait for emergency care, but they have to prioritize people based on the severity of their medical situation. And it’s a hell of a lot better than WARMC.

They wer... read more

And when I was able to get a few words out I asked why she said “more serious” I was already waiting 4 hours and they said it was a “sore throat”. So I left and the next morning I went to WARMC they told me I had Peritonsillar Abscess. I couldn’t speak, drink or eat. I hadn’t eaten or drank anything in 2 1/2 days, I had to be on IV and was in the hospital for almost 3 days. If I could put negative 1000 stars I would. Valley View is the absolute worst. WARMC is the ... read more
