My sister and I toured valley view for my father who is 80. The facility is very clean. The residents are very happy there. Crystal, she was fantastic. She went above and beyond what we expected. My dad wasn't sure if he wanted to go on a tour by himself or not. Crystal talked to him and he went in and she answered all his questions. My father's not even a resident there and she Said that she's going to go and check on my father on Thursday to see how he is and see what he thinks about the facility and she just wants to make... read more
