I felt like Katie listened and made sure I had a comfortable experience. She checked with me to make sure I didn’t have any discomfort and explained everything she was going to do. One of the best dentist appointments I’ve had in a while.
A complete joke they will literally gaslight you and say that they did call you to reschedule even tho I had no phone calls and they are very rude takes about 5 months to set a appointment for it to get cancelled it seems like the dentist from little shop of horrors y’all are a complete joke
I was told that my dentist would no longer be available for appointments through VVHS and that I would be contacted to set up an appointment with a different dentist. I got this notification before Christmas and it's now February 9th and I haven't heard a word from anybody about anything. My dentist, that is now no longer available, and I had a plan so that I could get some teeth put back in my head after a different dentist decided to rip them out and not finish the job. Overall best experience I have had at a dental office. I was seen quickly and very thoroughly taken care of. The dentist assistant was very polite and informative. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs dental work.
