Do NOT go here. Every time I finally get a doctor, they quit. Than I have to start all over again. As of the moment, they are refusing to refill my daughter and I's medicine. I was told at my last visit I would be ok for six months. They have all my records showing I have complied every step of the way. Instead of having one of their other doctors review my chart, refill my meds, and schedule an appointment they refused. They offered me an appointment a week away. When Doctor Lush owned the office there was excellent care and excellent service and the practice was busy. NO LONGER! Do not go to this clinic unless you have no alternatives. No doctor on site and no display of professionalism. Very few patients in the office. Had to give it one star, but it doesn't deserve even that.

I have an infection in my face from a broken tooth. They refused to schedule an appointment without getting an ok with my doctor when the information they wanted she had nothing on. They are rude incompetent and flat out disgusting...

I agree with Laurie C. My husband has went to clinic for 15 plus years. This year has been horrible. They cancel appointments ....perscriptions he has had for years are like pulling teeth to get them to renew every month for heart condition.They bring in new people to care for him and they don't read his history ..and the topper was when he had his blood drawn they didn't put on gloves and when he questioned them about it they said well sometimes I'm to busy to put gloves on.wow where is the protection for the patient ..they... read more

They give away your appointments. And if you need a refill, heaven forbid the computers work right. I asked for a refill on my inhaler as I am suffering severe cold, comps down so I got told to go to er. Is it so hard to call a med in? I can't get to er. They just don't really care about patients. No one seems to any more.

Valley View is supported by State funds which is essentially our money. I am consistently disgusted with their so called policies. If you miss an appointment for dental, you are punished by Valley View and cannot make appt for a year and then they further punish by making you wait in that office for as long as it takes starting at 8:00 A. They do take you FOR AN EMERGENCY UNLESS YOU WAIT. I have waited for three hours or more before. They are a service industry with STATE FUNDS. This used to be a family friendly clinic with hometown care and respect. Valley View took it over, got rid of our long term Dr. here, and ruined the patient customer care. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get already prescribed medicines out of the clinic and to our pharmacy. I wouldn't take my dog here.
