Great physicians and staff!
Our experience today with the staff in Tenino was beyond unacceptable. I made a mistake in the appointment time for which I profusely apologized and fully understood this mistake, which is mine and mine alone. Despite having been told the incorrect time over the phone, and having it repeated back to me when making the appointment and writing it down, which was dismissed as if I was lying. But this seems to have been taken out on my child as well and this is NOT acceptable. My daughter is autistic and this is in her file. She... read more
