When Doctor Lush owned the office there was excellent care and excellent service and the practice was busy. NO LONGER! Do not go to this clinic unless you have no alternatives. No doctor on site and no display of professionalism. Very few patients in the office. Had to give it one star, but it doesn't deserve even that.
I agree with Laurie C. My husband has went to clinic for 15 plus years. This year has been horrible. They cancel appointments ....perscriptions he has had for years are like pulling teeth to get them to renew every month for heart condition.They bring in new people to care for him and they don't read his history ..and the topper was when he had his blood drawn they didn't put on gloves and when he questioned them about it they said well sometimes I'm to busy to put gloves on.wow where is the protection for the patient ..they... read more
This used to be a family friendly clinic with hometown care and respect. Valley View took it over, got rid of our long term Dr. here, and ruined the patient customer care. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get already prescribed medicines out of the clinic and to our pharmacy. I wouldn't take my dog here.
