Attended this clinic my whole life with no issues. The recent retirement of Dr. D'Amore (an excellent physician) prompted a new lead PCP of the practice. I made an appointment after the change occurred and was lead to an incorrect address. Due to being on lunch, they did not answer my calls as I attempted to contact them. When they did finally answer, I was put on hold over and over until they claimed I would be too late for the appointment and could no longer be seen.
