This used to be one of the best for primary care. My family has gone here my entire life. The office staff is less than knowledgeable. Made my parents call around for a medicine that can only be from a specialty pharmacy. Told him he was alert for an appointment that they didn’t have the medicine for and weren’t getting. Hands down the best medical care I have had in my 49 years on this planet. Dr. Geoff and his staff are amazing. Yes, your appointment may run behind but that's because Dr. G takes time to talk with you and you feel heard and never rushed. I'd give them 10 stars if that was a thing
Not what it used to be
I have been going to Valley View in Rushville for my entire life. At 23 years old - I am searching for a new office because the customer service has gone completely out the window in recent months/years. Today the receptionist blatantly lied to me about having my results read - stating that an MD MUST read them which is false.
