I’ve lived here for 8 years and Shauna is a great manager so understanding and respectful to the community! She is the best manager the park has ever had! She is fast at communicating back to you when you are having problems and have any questions! I really hope that she stays for a long time! She’s really good! In my opinion she deserves a raise and much needed respect!
I have had the privilege of living here for six years, having purchased my first home at the age of 21. In the past, I found that communication with management could be challenging, and at times, I didn’t receive the answers I needed, which may have contributed to some negative feedback about the park. Keeps changing management companies every 2 years, and put in those STUUUUUUUUPID FREAKIN SPEED BUMPS AGAIN THAT ALREADY WERE TAKEN OUT FOR RUINING PEOPLES CARS CAUSE THWYRE TOO DANG TALL
2023 update. I’ve been living here for about a year. They are a bit slow at responding but I believe that’s because they run other parks. It’s incredibly safe here. Before anyone moves into the park they do background checks to make sure you are safe for the young community. Management is terrible. They bill you for things that should be covered in your lease. Strongly discourage.
