I have lived at Valley View for 12 years. Since Covid this place has gone downhill. The doctors are awful. The wound care Doctor doesn't even clean out the wound she puts the same bandage back on the wound even if it is soiled. The administrator is horrible and very nasty. He doesn't care about residence or family members. The Director of nursing is just as bad. She doesn't know what goes on the resident units. The nurses skip doses of medicine and don't do treatments.
