Pls & pls do not get a car from this garage they are an absolute rip off. They sell a written off car & tied you up on a finance. They are cruel & heartless knowing fully well the car is just rubbish . That one star is just to tell my side , they deserve no start whatsoever. Especially in this season that car is costing me a lot to get it on the road.
Worst garage I’ve ever bought a vehicle from in my life from day 1 we had problems with over 2 grands worth couldn’t even lock it theve been reported refuse to sort any problems put phone on you and laugh when speaking to them avoid like the plague
Brought a Nissan Navara, rotten as a pair. Supposed to be sorted before I got the motor. Never even managed to collect the car as it wasn't done. Received a text saying they will deliver them don't hear nothing and impossible to get hold of them on the phone. Gutted as the car looked really good Need to learn to communicate
If I could give minus stars I would! Quick and happy to take my money from me.. But when it came to organising collection/drop off of the vehicle, Radio silence. Phone calls not answered. Emails not responded to. Live chat agent completely incompetent. I have actually called the finance company and told them the deal is off and that I will look elsewhere. I would avoid at all costs, not worth the stress or the hassle.
Do not buy from this garage! Within 2 weeks of purchasing a Vauxhall Movano from this garage, the whole gearbox needed rebuilding. Spoke to the garage, got quotes for the repairs which they were happy with, sent over an invoice and bank details for payment and was promised that the Finance team were sending over payment, someone was sorting it by the end of the day etc. Then the phone stops being answered. Asked for an update on why payment hasn’t been made or I’d have to take it further and advised to ‘do what you have to.’... read more
