I stayed at Valley View Care Center for three weeks and experienced the best care. Nurse Wendy was very patient, caring, and experienced in changing my wound vac My day aides Jodi and Christina were very kind and always came to my room in a timely manner when I needed help. My Physical Therapists Kim and Jacob did an excellent job getting me strong and walking well and my Occupational Therapist Madalyn helped me gain the confidence I needed to overcome my fear of showering with a wound vac. Our brother John has been at Valley View Care Center for almost a year and we are so grateful. When we enter it's bright and clean with a cordial receptionist at the front desk. On a sunny day, the hallway going to John's room is flooded with bright light. The competent, caring and wonderful staff have been a godsend. Wendy, Jody, Marti, April...the list is long, but you know who you are and this family sees you, along with John and we appreciate you. The staff is the only good thing about this home. There are some nice people that work there. Management sucks! My dad has gone down hill fast in the place, no one seems to care about that. The place is Not clean! The windows have had Cobwebs for years. Everything is in disrepair and it smells like piss all the time. They do not encourage showers, using the restroom with assistance, eating, drinking and forget about seeing a physical therapist or physician, they are non existent.

7 years as a c.n.a and this place was the best place ive worked! They recognize and appreciate their employees....it felt like a family more then a job!! I'd recommend this facility over anywhere else!! They go above and beyond gor their residents! Therpy is one the best group ive ever met! Cna's nurse They work together as a team...they are above and beyond what I expected...social workers are both amazing and all will jump to help if needed!
