I’m utterly disgusted by the care the residence are receiving. Staff completely rude, I can’t go into much detail but PLEASE if your loved ones are at this facility go check on them, pop up unexpectedly.

The team at Valleyview is fantastic. Compassionate staff, clean building, great therapy staff, and delicious food. Highly recommend for your rehab needs.

As former employee, this is a great place to work. Everyone's best interest is always put 1st. The care team and rehabilitation team work above and beyond. The social workers are amazing to work with. I would highly recommend working here or sending your loved one.

Workers would laugh at my mom when she fell, constantly didn't listen to her, lost her clothing and didn't replace, food was trash, the list goes on. My mom begged them to send her out to the ER and I even called twice asking to send her but was ignored until the next morning when I was notified they had paramedics taking her to the ER. Unfortunately for us my mom passed away the next day. Please choose to send loved ones to a different facility. My dad was unresponsive after 3 days just going for leg pt rehab. Found septic uti infection. Another week in the hospital. No options given but going back there. Call with him crying hanging off the bed for 45 mons wet and no help. No one answering the phones at all or to assist. Absolutely a death trap for just rehab. Avoid at all costs!
