Not Happy with the company or sub contractors. I've picked up a dumpster full of construction debris from the start to finish of the entire community two times a year off the property I lease next door. Everything from waste lumber rocks concrete trees paper plastic and if that's not bad enough they ran equipment in the fields that had crops growing.
