Administrator will lie to get you into the facility, after couple months she will avoid you, and or be very disrespectful and unpleasant.
Moved my grandma to another facility shortly after moving her in at Valley View of northfield and my grandma is already doing 10x better. Tbis is Not a visitor friendly facility. When I say this facilities management is terrible I mean it...... Both administrator and nursing team need to be reevaluated.
Horrible place. They treat their employees like garbage. Administration and nursing doesn't care about the residents. Get you to move in, then treat you terribly. Had a issue with nursing not following up with family and she tried to blame one of the CNA rather then taking responsibility for her actions and mistakes. Stating she wasn’t aware, she was in fact aware her name was the name on the emails. Administration lies and Medical assistant they have lies. It’s disgusting. Take your family else where!!’nn
