How anyone other than disgruntled employees could write a bad review! Valley View is Awesome and they do a fantastic job there. Its hard to find the right people to work in these type of places so sometimes it takes awhile to get it right. But everyone that is there now is great. And the residents are happy! Vist and see for yourselves. I wouldnt take my family any where else.
The facility is a joke. They put on a face that they care about the people up there but they only complain about about the care that they need. If they family requests something to be done they blow it off and dont do it if the caregivers wont be able to do it. They go through employees up there right and left and the ones that work up there dont know what to do most of the time. I have a grandmother living in this facility and it has been one headache after another. The people that run it are rude and are only there to try and take your loved ones money.. At one point they told our family that our grandmother would have to go if we didnt get rid of her little dog.. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is horrible.. And you will never be happy with the care the rarely give and the administor is a joke...So I hope this helps anyone that is considering this place..
