MAKE THEM ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE A TECHNICIAN BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR CARD INFO!! I called this company for wall oven repair they took my money on the spot! Never showed up, I called them to inquiry about my appointment. They claimed to have called me to let me know that they didn't have a technican, I asked what number they called from because I had no missed calls from their company. My serviceman's name was James. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He swiftly identified the issue and had the necessary part in his truck to repair it. This company comes highly recommended for any appliance repairs you might need..
When compared to the previous company I called, these guys offer significantly lower costs while still providing excellent service. I would choose to do business with them from now on.
The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I wished I had called them earlier. Very quick to respond and knowledgeable. They quickly repaired our dishwasher. Excellent job!
