Annoying that they lock the doors to get into the building by 8pm and that you can't duplicate the key. If one of us need to get in to help the 84 year old for something and he can't throw a damn key out the window(odds are its not open anyway) how are we supposed to get in without calling an ambulance or something. They should really think about getting buzzers so family can have a key to get in if need be.
