I’m not someone who normally complains, but I really feel the need to share my experience with your clinic regarding the euthanasia of my 15-year-old cat. For a $634 procedure, I was highly disappointed with how things were handled. We arrived on time and were placed in a private room for the procedure, which I truly appreciated given how emotional I was. My cat had already received the relaxant provided by the clinic.
