I had such a wonderful experience and can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Kasey especially stood out. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I appreciate this vet so much. On short notice they got my cat in to be seen when my regular vet could not fit us in, and an ear infection treated. Girls at the desk were so sweet over the phone and checking in was so easy. The nurse was knowledgeable and the doctor was patient and caring. Will be back in the future.

I bet the veterinarians are amazing if you can get past the people in the front desk. We came is as a walk-in with our cat. The front desk person told us we would get addressed in a moment. 10 minutes went by and several people were checked in (mostly likely appointments). We waited for 35 minutes and no one even spoke to us. But two of the ladies certainly spoke ABOUT US under their breaths. Weird when it is highly rated and we get this lousy of service.

We unexpectedly needed a vet visit the morning we were flying out of town. So grateful to have found Valley Vet Hospital! What we thought was an ear infection turned out to be a fox tail. From the front office staff to vet techs and physicians our experience was flawless! We were there total for about an hour and able to get our boy all set up for his doggy vacation and our family vacation! Thank you Valley Veterinary Hospital
