Came in as a walk-in and they wanted to charge me an astronomical price for being a walking in, that’s on top of whatever the visit price would be. Other vets in Pikeville don’t do that, don’t get scammed when looking for help with your pets you have other options here!
The clinic refuses to see animals 'if' they are not one of their pre-established patients, even in emergency situations. The receptionist we spoke with comes across as rude and uncaring. The quality of services may be just as poor, or they may be great; this is unknown, but the policies and staff display a total lack of compassion, and the level of rudeness they show when speaking to people is beyond unacceptable.
