I am giving this clinic 2 stars because, while their core job is to care for animals—which they clearly do well—they are also a business providing customer service, and on that front, they completely fail. They lack basic decency, empathy, and professionalism for the humans who care for those animals. This is my experience. I called seeking help for my 11 year old cat who has advanced diabetes, intensive medical and grooming needs, and a history of scratching my children. I took my 19 year old cat for euthanasia since the cat had not been able to eat solid food for some time and was getting very thin. I was feeling very sad and unsure if I was making the right decision but after Dr Nilton checked inside my cat's mouth and discovered a fairly large tumour and explained how this was affecting the cat, I knew that I was making the right decision in having the cat euthanized.
