They charged $114 for a 5 minute exam and heartworm test. They DRAGGED my dog in the back where I was not allowed during the heartworm test. He's a well behaved service dog who didn't need to be dragged! After I took him home I soon notice he has some broken teeth. I wrote and asked them what they did with my dog back there where I was not allowed to go and they failed to respond, so they are guilty!

I would gladly take any of my animals to this clinic! Dr. Kevin French was the BEST vet! My pregnant Siamese wouldn't stay in labor and Dr. French took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, and how much it would cost. He and his staff worked diligently to save not only Mama kitty but the two live kittens. They stayed late to do the emergency c-section and waited to send the new family home only after Mama was stable. I would HIGHLY recommend them all!!!! I can't thank them enough for what they did!

Awesome Vets – I have been taking my Dogs and Cat to Valley Vet for more years then I care to count. They are the best and very helpful. We recently got a new dog (a pit bull) and had many questions Dr. Jennifer didn't hesitate to take the time needed to help us. I have never had a negative experience here - the girls at the reception desk are incredible. It doesnt get any worse than this place – Do not take your pet to valley vet clinic!!!! I have never dealt with any company like this in my life. Routine visits, they are fine. But if your pet is having serious problems, please go elswhere. They do not have the resources to help your pet. They over charge you, then send you to the emergency vet clinic. Family Friends not just my Vet – My mother and father used Valley Vet clinic with all of our family pets while I was growing up, and now as an adult with my own family I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dr. McFrederick has been so helpful, and kind to all of my animals. He is someone I consider a family friend, not just my dog's vet. Best Quote + Great Service = Winner! – I was in a desperate circumstance and had few resources for an ortho surgeon specialist. I had been given estimates for a serious surgery by other surgeons. When I saw Valley Vet, their quote for this serious surgery was 25% below anyone else. Best Vets! – This is the best vet clinic I've ever used!!! I recommend it highly. Our two dogs really don't mind going into the office and have been well taken care of. We can even get help over the phone for non-emergency conditions and follow-up.
