I appreciate they were honest about my pet's condition and were very delicate with putting him down. We really appreciated they did paw stamps and a nose stamp even without asking. We were very impressed even with the circumstances. They definitely made the process much easier.

OMG, who offers this type of care anymore? I am stunned. Admittedly, I am one of those overly-anxious pet moms who tearfully begged for an appointment at Valley Vet. Thankfully, this clinic has a receptionist/ vet assistant, Teagan, who tactfully and kindly handled my concerns over my sick kitty. In addition, the vet, Dr. Claudia Swanger, actually took time to explain his illness and answer all my questions. Who does that? I thought good medical practice was a thing of the past.
