I am extremely grateful to Valley Vet Care for what they do, unfortunately one Sunday morning my dog took a turn for the worst and I could not find a veterinarian that was open and I could not move my dog due to his condition. No empathy. Straight to business. It was so painful and then the ashes were lost for weeks. Never again.
Save yourself even more heartbreak and choose a company that leads with empathy and compassion. My experience with Valley Vet Care made an already devastating situation far worse and still haunts me to this day. The lack of care and sensitivity during my dog Koala’s euthanasia was shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who truly loves their pet and wants their final moments to be peaceful and respectful. There are much better mobile euthanasia services in the area. My girl deserved better 💔
Very poor customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping. I waited for a while to receive an order that was never delivered to me. I requested help and first, I was sent a picture of the supposed proof of delivery, the picture was of someone's shoes inside of a truck. They came to help Sully cross the Rainbow Bridge. They were very kind, compassionate and caring. They took all the time we needed to say Good Bye. Highly Recommend them if you ever need their services. It's a sad and hard thing to do, but they made it easier because they cared not just about Sully, but about us.
