The maintenance guy TJ is very attentive and always fixes what is needed promptly. The park looks amazing because of him and the manager Alyssa. They make living at Valley Verde a great place to live. There is nothing TJ can’t fix. I’m very happy here.
Valley Verde team members are very humble individuals who get along well with their residents and contractors. Always looking to help everyone in their community with the outstanding maintenance Tj.
