The procedure was extremely horrible. I had to go to the ER everyday after the surgery. Valley would just dope me up and send me home. Once the medication wore off I was in excruciating pain. I wasn’t able to sit, slept or stand. Finally I went to multi care and received the quality patient care I deserved. Since Multicare didn’t do the Kidney stone removal they ended up sending me back to valley as a direct admit. The care inpatient was HORRIBLE. I haven’t recovered in over a week and I must say I will never go back again.
Came here after a terrible experience with a previous urologist, and the doctor himself was certainly better. A bit awkward, but my concerns were taken seriously and treated. Got a vasectomy as well with a successful result. However, the communication with admin has been abysmal. It's hard to get them on the phone, but that's fine since they supposedly communicate by text, which I much prefer anyway. I'm a new patient... tried to book appt: website runaround, left phone mssg got no return call, sent text ( got reply 3 weeks later on a Sunday ). Made appt in person since nothing else was working, wasn't exactly welcoming... Made appt for 5 weeks out, then was called 2.5 hrs before appt to say they were canceling because Dr got called for jury duty... REALLY?!? That's not a last minute thing, would've appreciated more notice since I rearranged a lot in my life too... where's MY $150 "no-show" fee. I'll be waiting for my ch... read more
