I wouldn't even give them a 1 star, the rude staff and receptionist as welas the physician at this facility need to be held accountable you cannot mess around with people's health and get away with it that's the problem they haven't been held accountable for their actions through the court of law for medical negligence and not receiving care for quality of life as well as pain and suffering ,if you would like to join in our multimillion-dollar lawsuit against valley urology please contact me and we can add to the suit.
My mom called in need of an appointment and she was treated so poorly by the receptionists. They hung up on her twice, and didn’t even listen when she was trying to tell them she was in need of immediate care. I would waste my time giving them business.
Horrible horrible staff here. My mom was told she needed to be seen immediately for a large kidney stone blockage and she was treated EXTREMELY rudely by the young receptionist. They refused to see her until February (it's literally an emergency). My mom asked to speak to her manager, and she straight up refused and hung up on her. My mom called the urologist in anchorage and they got her in immediately. Don't give this place your business, they need a staff turn over.
Ashley Boge, PA-C is one of the best providers I have come across in a long time. I absolutely loved Dr. Lund, but Ashley is certainly a wonderful addition to his practice. I detest going to the doctors office, but this is one office that makes life easier 🤙
Today called after being told by my doctor they would call after they went over the image of my blocked ureter tube. I called today and was treated rude by office. They said it was my job to call. Google said the specialist is supposed to call you. Everything online explained your doctor calls in the referral and they call you. Was yelling at it is the patients job to call us.
