I give them a big fat 0. They were unable to let me know that they somehow did not have the equipment to do a biopsy when the appointment was scheduled months in advance. They also are unable or unwilling to help with questions concerning insurance issues. Completely unprofessional in every aspect of the process. I am appalled that they are still allowing this kind of service in the medical profession. We miss the professionals at Valley Urology greatly. I worked for Alaska urology after they merged with the anchorage Drs. How sad it was when they hired the current leader. He is a hostile, vindictive, weak and pathetic man. We enjoyed many years with the leaders before him. Jenn A and Jenn B were very good. But the degradation of professionalism and backstabbing was rampant when they wrongly terminated me. The supervisor at the time was quick to show her true colors. Both my husband and myself have received excellent patient care from Dr Lund and all of his office staff. They are caring and compassionate, I say this after receiving decades of patient care and support there.
Do Not recommend. Horrible. Not worth your frustration- find another urologist.
I wouldn't even give them a 1 star, the rude staff and receptionist as welas the physician at this facility need to be held accountable you cannot mess around with people's health and get away with it that's the problem they haven't been held accountable for their actions through the court of law for medical negligence and not receiving care for quality of life as well as pain and suffering ,if you would like to join in our multimillion-dollar lawsuit against valley urology please contact me and we can add to the suit.
