Waited 90 minutes in waiting room, only to wait anther 30 minutes in exam room. Dr. had not read test results before appointment. He had no idea why I was there. When I starting explaining, he cut me off. When informed I had testosterone chemo with my prostate radiation treatment, he did not understand why. While Dr. Ben Donavan is the best, the staff leaves little to be desired. Case in point 9:15am appt. Arrived 9am. 6 people ahead of me in waiting room. I'm scheduled to do a flow rate test which means your bladder full from drinking water. I sat and watched as the entire waiting room emptied more people came after me and were called in before me.
