Josiah was a meaningful gentleman, God moved me and I am grateful for the experience!
Josiah was responsive and very helpful before we ever met him. He talked us through getting a new (to us) tub running and was efficient and courteous when he came to give it a deep cleaning.
We have had Valley Tub service our hot tub in a weekly basis for years and years. He does a fabulous job and is always looking for anything that could be a problem. In fact , he noticed that there was a large formation of ice in a particular area by the tub, and let me know that he thought it was leaking. I had him monitor it for a few weeks and wait until the ice melted. He then opened up the electrical panel , discovered what the problem was, and fixed it for us. He is a lifesaver. Owner is very responsive and thus is 2nd time I’ve used to do a tub clean out. He’s very informative and answers any questions I have and showed me how to change settings on the tub and how to do the water changes so the jets would start back up easier. Glad I found him for my hot tub needs and would recommend to anyone.
