Rick informs you very well with what’s the problem with your car and gives a honest price on how much it will cost to fix / parts ... they get your car to you on time or if they need it longer they will call you and tell you what’s going on with your car or if the car is in real bad shape , Rick let’s you know why and he offers other options ... lol ...
