I was dropped off by Lyft there at 530 but the bus already had left. So I waited for the next one at 730 called the red line and they charged me 10.00 instead of the regular 2 dollars WHAT A RIP
Just checking they run a bus from Port Isabel to Brownsville airport and they do cost is $2 a person $1 for seniors
They just stole our money. When buying a ticket, we were told that we can travel with a cat. But when boarding the bus, we were denied entry. Because they only allow dogs. Nobody returned $150. They just steal money. Terrible company. I do not recommend!
All drivers were friendly. Wish they actually ran on schedule and the app showed where they were.
