Valley Horse Trailer offers a Superb Trailer. The quality of the build is second to none, and the personal service offered by this Company is exceptional as well. After purchasing our Trailer my Wife wanted to modify the stall divider. She contacted the Company, spoke to them about the change and they fabricated the part. We drove to their facility from another State and they installed the new divider and spent time explaining information about the Trailer that will keep it in great shape for many years to come. I purchased a used ( very slightly) from a non Valley trailer dealer in Va. Great shape for being two years old, no rust and had been out in elements all life. Floors are solid, doors and gates smooth and very easy to operate. Using a little car polish helps the exterior as a maintenance touch- helps to restore luster and finish. Great customer service so far and awesome communications email and phone. Compared to other big names it holds its’ own! Recommend highly!

First class trailers and first class customer service. I own 3 Valley’s and am pleased with them all. Any request for replacement parts needed due to frequent trailer use has been promptly answered and they are always more than reasonable with me. Great folks to do business with.
Poor design, and poor craftsmanship, would never buy a Valley trailer again, I had to come up with a secondary way of latching the rear gate since it was so poorly designed and lost a steer cause the gate opened and I had DOUBLE checked so I know the gate was closed, lug nuts weren't even tight on the wheels..... Last and only time I'll ever buy a Valley trailer
