Response to Unhappy We have been in business for over 20 years now. We have made some mistakes yes. Out of all the people we have serviced, we have only had a small handful of bad experiences. We apologize to this Unhappy customer. Sometimes we just get too busy.
Didn't show up to do job after many follow up calls I hired Valley Trades to do a job. After about a week I called and it hadn't been done. I asked them to go do it and also added three other buildings for them to work on. Called about a week later and nothing was done, but I was promised it would be done that day. I texted a week later and was told they hadn't been there yet, but they would go that day. One or two weeks after that I called to follow up and Todd said, "Oh, did you ever give us the go ahead to do that?"
