Shout out to Jake Hyrcha in Sales and Brandon Pesic in the service department. Had a blizzard issue where they keyfobs were fine in every way except the lock/unlock feature wasn't working. I had no appointment, I just stopped by to see if someone happened to be available. They were determined to resolve it for us - we were there for about 30 minutes, and 10 Mins until closing they handed back our keys and fobs were working perfectly again. Thank you!
False commitment at time of sale + failure to honor service voucher reimbursement Details: In 2024 I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Valley Toyota, Chilliwack. Because I live in Surrey, I specifically asked if complimentary oil change vouchers could be used at other Toyota dealers. After a disappointing experience at Abbotsford Toyota, we ended up purchasing both a Tundra and a Prius here instead. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this dealership.
I wanted to say Thank you to all the service employees that helped save the tiny kitten, which has been living in my car, travelling from the engine to the gas tank via the underbelly and was impossible for me to catch as she made my car her hideaway home.
