Friendly, efficient, just wonderful people to deal with. They sold me a great car after having had a truck for most of my driving life they all kept encouraging me and now I love this car. I bought my brand new Rav4 from Valley Toyota. Johnny Bayard was amazing to work with. I contacted all the Toyota dealerships in search of the Rav4 in the trim and colour I wanted, but Johnny was the only one who took the time to ask about my trade in. Johnny was incredibly helpful in assisting our family with our first brand new vehicle purchase of a Rav 4 . He took the time to go over all the options for trim levels , paint colors and even explained how they wear over time which really helped us make an informed decision. Honest, courteous, and exemplary service is what I received at Valley Toyota. I called in after visiting another Toyota close to home who offered no help. Nicki answered my call I explained I had a check engine light and was on my way to Shuswap. Nicki was very professional and empathetic to my concerns.
