Paul is amazing! We found some old mouse droppings in our recently purchased home and he came to check if they were recent or old. He was honest and straight up with us that they were, indeed old and that he saw no evidence of active or recent activity. He got everything cleaned up and disinfected for us and told us that we had nothing to worry about and didn’t need any further work but to let him know if we encountered any other problems in the future. Paul came by today to deal with possible rodents under the hot tub. I called in the morning and he was there same day which was amazing. He set a trap and I’m very hopeful that it will resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best prices around too! I would recommend 100%.

We hired this pest control company few months back and paid them for their treatment. Since then, they have not returned for follow-up visits as promised. Despite multiple calls and messages, they have completely ignored me. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control services.
