Paul came by today to deal with possible rodents under the hot tub. I called in the morning and he was there same day which was amazing. He set a trap and I’m very hopeful that it will resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best prices around too! I would recommend 100%.
We hired this pest control company few months back and paid them for their treatment. Since then, they have not returned for follow-up visits as promised. Despite multiple calls and messages, they have completely ignored me. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control services.
We found ourselves needing pest control in a condo, first with Bed Bugs, Paul is great great at his job, extraordinary in his customer service and follow up, cannot recommend him more!
