Brought in a new set of tires and rims and the crew installed them quickly with no issues. Good prices and good service. They are also friendly and care about their craft, would highly recommend!
These guys are great! So much better customer service than Les Schwab in Prosser. I Traveled from Tri-Cities to Prosser to help my wife with a flat tire. WE took off the tire, loaded it into my van, went to Les Schwab in Prosser and was told it was a 2 hr wait even though the tire was already off and WE had an extra tire right there for it. So we called Valley Tire and rim and they said no problem. So we drove 15 min. To valley tire and it Just took a few minutes for them during their lunch time!! Very caring people.
