I was hit by a drunk driver on the front of my vehicle. My tires were scraping. I had the tires rotated to see if the tire would make the same noise on the back as the front and it did. I asked Brett at Valley and someone else there two times within the span of a week if they could do a wheel or brake check to make sure that the vehicle was safe to drive to the body shop that I chose in Sacramento and they refused.
