Had a uncomfortable steerkng vibration had two other shops work on my Motorhome with no success. Valley Tire in Duncanville Diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Great customer service. Highly recommended if you have tire or front-end issues. Very fair prices.
I’m in the area working from out of state, I brought my 2012 ram 3500 here because I had a universal joint going bad and wanted to get it changed. The mechanic found the yoke was actually, all of the staff was very helpful and tirelessly trying to help find the part to fix my truck in the same day. Nobody has the part locally. So the mechanic went above and beyond offering up his time on Sunday to come in and finish the truck after getting the part overnighted. Our fifth wheel lost a tire. I went to Valley Tire to get a new tire and the staff was superior. They were extremely helpful, offered great advice and were very caring. Highly recommend.
Great people to deal with. Chad and his team went above and beyond to get us back on the road after blowing two tires on I-99. Thank you all you were great to deal with and the price was reasonable.
