If u like aggressive property managers who treat residents bad this is the place for u. Toxic grass for your pets and roaches enjoy knox terror. Murders in the complex or dealing with horrible landlords and unfortunately their rentals in which come with mental patients who get taken out on a regular basis . I lived here at Valley Terrace since Covid, and I have encountered several instances of unprofessionalism conduct from Members of management. There have been multiple instances where my complaints request have been met with delayed or no response from John ford. This lack of communication has caused inconvenience and frustration. I’ve experience instances of harassment and dismissive communication from John Ford property management,when addressing concerns or seeing assistance with issues related to my tenancy.
