Bad! Did not answer the phone after multiple calls, when we finally got through days later, their systems were down, and he told me I had to call back a different day. They do not take credit cards, which is highly inconvenient and pretty unmodern. When he eventually called to see if we wanted the tent, he called our phone multiple times and hung up, never leaving a voicemail, and was very rude over the phone, and hung up on us when we told him we didn't want to rent from him.
