Did our taxes for 10 years. Very knowlegable. You couldn't ask for a more reasonable price.
These people are an absolute JOKE! I have been going to them for six years now and all because they got confused on my information the gentleman that works here threw my paperwork in my face and told me to leave. Absolutely so unprofessional and I would never recommend any person to go here to do their taxes. Go, RUN somewhere else to have your taxes done please! If this is how they treat people who have been a returning customer for six years I want nothing to do with them anymore.
We have been going to Valley Taxes for six years. Last year they wouldn’t do our taxes in person they just told us drop them off. This year they told us again to drop them off and then four days before they had to be filed told us that they would not do our taxes this year. We asked why not and they said they don’t have to give us a reason. Then my husband asked him what is he supposed to do since they are due in four days and the man told my husband “well you better hurry up and come pick them up then”.
