We were clients of Valley Tax for a couple years with no issue. I liked the small town feel and our initial preparer. We were given to another CPA, Jan, who for 2018 made a gross error when estimating and completing our taxes. She had estimated we’d owe $1800 which turned out to be over $8k and we just received yet another bill owing 2k more due to an error in tax preparation.
