The product is fantastic too bed the owner will not return phone calls or text messages regarding a problem with one (just one screen) that needs to be reinstalled. I have left messages every week for over a month. Just respond please. Makes me think no guarantee on installation so buyer beware!

This Co. was in the neighborhood and we were quoted a price, they came out to measure; half our screens were delivered on time. The other half were (1) lost, (2) not measured or (3) in the warehouse. Finally, approximately 3 weeks later the rest arrived and when they installed; a window was broken in the process. I called to report that (prior to Easter) and we finally got our replacement window 3 weeks later, it took another 2 weeks for them to put the screen back on. I had 3 companies come out to my home in Kingwood to quote me on having solar screens installed. Greg was the second company to arrive and the only one to pull out full size samples from his truck showing the differences of color options, frame colors, and comparison of good material vs cheap material. We went with the higher end frames (Pacific Breeze I think?) that really set the house off. Ok, I have to disagree with these other reviews but keep in mind people usually only post when something goes wrong and the thounds that like a company go unheard. I'm going to change that. First, these brothers drove from Baytown to where I live in Spring,TX Sunday evening to get our Screens installed as promised. Secondly, they went above and beyond to work with on pricing and an inhouse payment plan, so we dont have to go another Summer paying $500 for electric bill. What company does that anymore? Do not buy screen from these rip off arrests!! They will get you to pay a reduced cash payment, then send you a bill saying you owe around half of your initial bill!! Oh, and by the way they will threaten to repo the screens!! I have paid my bill in full, let them step on my property!! Bad move!! These are straight crooks, DO NOT USE!!

Further experience they are rude and unprofessional. One of their trucks engaged in rude and hostile driving along 1093 July 29th. Pulled out into traffic and then went way slower than the posted speed. When there were two lanes I passed him, then he sped up and tailgated me. After passing me, he then slowed to 30 mph in a 55 zone, just to be hostile. Estimation at over $100 per window!! Refused to give us a written estimate or business card. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Not sorry they won't be installing our screens! Go with another company!
