Great customer service - so helpful and quick, no unnecessary upselling and prices are reasonable. I've always felt well taken care of here. Every staff member I've worked with over the years has been wonderful!
The service advisor I had was friendly and well-informed. Unlike my old dealership in Austin. The oil change was $40 less expensive than the quick oil change places. The waiting area was clean, had free coffee, some cool Subaru merch, and no fox news blaring. I'll be back.
Great dealership. Friendly folks. Excellent service department. They service my daughter Sara's Forester. I enjoy working with Scott, the service advisor. He is excellent!!
When keys go missing here are some helpful steps: 1. Call ahead, they'll get the parts ordered for your key (Mine's a 2010's Forester) 2. Get there early/make an appointment with service 3. Make sure the old key and the new key and fobs all work before you leave the lot :). Saves you a trip :) 4. Maybe bring a book, doordash a burrito or a sandwich if the wait time exceeds 2 hours. What an amazing group of people over at Valley Subaru! The Service Department is absolutely outstanding. The management & its staff creat a welcoming atmosphere. They all are ready to tackle any challenges thrown their way with amazing attitudes. In my particular experience there was an hiccup with the other departments at Vally Subaru but that doesn’t matter anymore because the Service Department swept in, took accountability, and solved the issue with full transparency.
