Excellent service at this branch! I came in to refinance my auto loan, and Sofia assisted me. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional. She is truly the best at what she does! She went above and beyond to help me organize my finances, explaining every detail with a lot of patience and securing an approval with great terms for me. I am so grateful for her amazing customer service and human touch. Five stars all the way for Sofia and the team!

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with my whole entire life. Never ever get a bank loan with them and if you have an account with them close it immediately. They don't work for the people they don't help the people and when you're going through stuff they just add to it. They give you a charge off and they charge your bank loan off because you miss a couple payments even though you've been on time the whole entire contract and you have always paid more than what was expected of you. ... read more
